How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by following the steps below:

  1. Click the "Add to Cart" button for the product you want to purchase. When you do this, the product in the selected color will be added to your cart as a quantity of 1. If you want to add new items to your order, click the "Continue Shopping" button, or click "Go to Cart" to complete your purchase.

  2. Fill in the required information and select your preferred payment method.

  3. After clicking the "I have read and accept the Sales Agreement" button, click "Complete Order." Your transaction is complete; your order has been placed!

Do I need to become a member to shop?

Shopping is not possible without becoming a member. We recommend that you become a member to stay informed about exclusive promotions and to enjoy services such as easy returns, order tracking, and fast ordering.

Can I add or remove items from my cart?

Before finalizing your order, you can remove items from your cart by clicking the (X) DELETE icon in the "My Cart" section. You can also add new items by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.

How can I use my cart?

You can see the total purchase amount, shipping cost, and discounted amount in your cart. If you have a promotional code, you can apply it in your cart.

How long do the products I select stay in my cart?

Products will remain in your cart as long as they are in stock. If a product goes out of stock, it will be automatically removed from your cart.

How can I order a product that is out of stock?

To order an out-of-stock product, click on the "Notify Me When It's Back in Stock" button for the size you want, and fill in your information. You will be notified by SMS/email when the product is back in stock.

Will the dresses I order look as they do in the photos?

Our products are photographed in our own photo studio as the original items. You will receive the same product as you see in the visuals.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Orders" in your account. If you do not have an account, you can contact our customer service for assistance.

What should I do if I receive the wrong, defective, or faulty product?

We want to assure you that we will work diligently to rectify the situation and prevent it from happening again.

In the case of receiving a defective or faulty product, you have the right to free exchange and return within 7 business days. After your returned products reach our company, your exchange/return process will be carried out after the necessary inspections.

What should I do if I receive incomplete products in my order?

Our priority is to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

When receiving your package from the shipping company, please check if there is any damage, tearing, crushing, wetness, etc. If there is any issue with the package, please request the preparation of a damage detection report and notify us by sending an email to [email protected] with the report attached.

If your package has been delivered undamaged but there are missing products in your order, you can contact our Customer Service Center with your order information and the numbers of the missing products to get assistance.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic Orders:

Products delivered to the shipping company typically reach you within 1-3 business days under normal circumstances. However, some rural areas may have limited mobile service from shipping companies, and delivery times may extend up to 7 days. You can check the estimated delivery time on the shipping company's website by using your tracking number.

What should I pay attention to when receiving my package?

It is our priority to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely.

Can I pick up my package from the branch?

You can contact the shipping company and request to pick up your package from the branch by providing your tracking number.

Each order is considered a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times will be delivered together. If you contact our customer service, they can provide support for combining shipments.
